How long will it take for my order to arrive? Because we coordinate directly with global logistical hubs to bring you curated automotive accessories, please anticipate a standard delivery window of 10–20 business days following warehouse fulfillment.

How can I track my package? Once your order ships, an automated notification containing a direct tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you created an account with us, you can also log in to your account on Stradaforma.com to view your order status and tracking details.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties? International shipments may be subject to domestic import fees, brokerage surcharges, or local government taxes. These fees are not included in your checkout total and must be settled independently by the customer.

Can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Please contact our support team at Support@stradaforma.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process once the item arrives.
Returns & Warranties

What is your return policy? If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of the verified delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, uninstalled retail condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee for approved remorse returns, though the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our support desk at Support@stradaforma.com within 14 days of arrival. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a priority replacement or a full refund, per your preference.

What is the 30-day warranty? All items are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery if the product is defective or does not arrive as described. Please note that for defective returns, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Are there any non-returnable items? Yes. Tailor-made, custom-programmed materials, or high-value specialty automotive components are designated as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to be defective immediately upon delivery.

Who is responsible for the installation of products? All technical or mechanical automotive products must be installed exclusively by a fully licensed, professional mechanic or technician. Strada Forma disclaims all liability for damage or injury resulting from faulty installation practices.
