Warranty Terms:

  • Restocking Fee: There is 0 restocking fee for all eligible returns or warranty claims.

  • Shipping Costs: While we provide a priority replacement or refund for verified defective items, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for the defective unit.

  • Documentation: To process a warranty claim, please contact us at Support@stradaforma.com with your order number and clear photos illustrating the defect or the discrepancy in the item received.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or a full refund, per your preference. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
