Order Cancellation We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at Support@stradaforma.com. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, and you must follow our return process once the item arrives.
30-Day Product Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are covered by a 30-day warranty effective from the date of delivery. This warranty applies if the product does not arrive as described or if the item is defective. For returns involving defective items, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Please contact Support@stradaforma.com to initiate a warranty claim.
Initiating a Return If a product does not meet your expectations for reasons other than those covered under our warranty, you are welcome to request a return within 14 days of the verified delivery date.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries While we take every precaution to ensure safe transit, premium interior accessories can occasionally experience shipping issues. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our support desk at Support@stradaforma.com within 14 days of arrival. Please attach clear photos of the issue so our team can process a priority replacement unit or arrange a full refund, per your preference.
Change of Mind & Remorse Returns For items returned due to buyer's remorse (such as fitment preference changes), goods must be sent back in their original, uninstalled retail condition and packaging. There is no restocking fee for approved remorse returns. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Restraints Tailor-made, custom-programmed materials, or high-value specialty automotive components are designated as Final Sale. These specific pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are confirmed to be defective immediately upon delivery.
Refund Processing Window Once your return parcel arrives back at our facility, please allow 10 business days for our team to inspect the merchandise and process your credit back to your original payment method.
